Situated on a challenging and confined site in the middle of a residential subdivision, this Preschool required careful consideration at design stage.

Council car parking requirements posed a further challenge, hence the second storey office and admin area in order to reduce site coverage.

Clever use of space has resulted in a secure and private outdoor play area. A high stud in the lower level gives a sense of space inside.
