This Sandringham Housing New Zealand subdivision initially had single level state housing. These were removed to make way for the construction of 21 modern two storey homes. These homes ranged from 2 to 6 bedrooms in size.

Linea Weatherboard cladding was chosen as a reference to our traditional design history, but has been given modern colour treatment, and been combined with other cladding material to create contrast.
