Just in Time

With three adult children, the owners wanted a Holiday Home that provided plenty of space for both generations to enjoy. With this in mind a unique two houses in One floorplan was designed. The main pavilion contains the master bedroom and ensuite, a guest bedroom, a bathroom and the kitchen/living area. The second pavilion has another bedroom, a second living area and a bathroom/laundry. A large central covered deck area joins the two together. Large sliding screens allow the owners to let the afternoon sun in or create a beautifully private outdoor dining and entertaining area.
